At Aliva, we aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered smoothly.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on orders above Rs. 7,500.
• A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 7,500.

Shipping & Delivery

• All orders are dispatched from Lahore, Pakistan.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
• Changes to your order or delivery address can only be requested before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changes cannot be made through the courier.
• If you experience a delivery delay or need to update your order details, please contact our customer support team.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 4 days of dispatch confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number so we can assist you.
