Exchange Policy

At Aliva, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to exchange a product, please review our exchange policy below:

• Exchange or replacement requests can be submitted through our official email or WhatsApp.
• Products can be exchanged for another item from our store if you are not satisfied with the quality. Refunds are not offered in such cases.
• A Rs. 500 shipping fee applies to hand-to-hand exchanges.
• Products must be unused and returned with their original tags and packaging intact. Exchanges will not be accepted if tags or packaging have been removed.
• Refunds are only considered if the product is defective or incorrect and Aliva is unable to provide a suitable replacement.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange or replacement, please contact our customer support team through our official WhatsApp or email. Please provide your order details and reason for the exchange.
